近日，市场上流传我司与某 B 品牌合作设计生产了新产品 Swing 该留言对我司及我司客户造成了严重的负面影响。

我司特此澄清和声明如下：

1. 关于某 B 品牌新产品 Swing 与我司客户 Arturia 产品 Keystep 在设计与技术上存在诸多相似之处，我司毫不知情，亦表示十分遗憾与震惊。
2. Arturia 是我司的长期合作伙伴，但我司对其旗下产品 Keystep 关键步骤的设计或技术不享有任何权利，我司亦未向某 B 品牌进行任何技术或设计的授权。
3. 对于由此事造成的不良影响，我司将通过法律手段维护自身的合法权益。

Certification Statement

Recently, it is said that our company has cooperated with a certain Brand “B” to design and produce a new product Swing, which has caused serious negative impact on our company and our customer. we hereby clarify and declare as follows:

We, Longjoin group, have been a long time partner to Arturia but have no right over the KeyStep design or technology. Consequently Longjoin did obviously not license any technology or design to Brand “B” in relation to the product they announced, Swing.

At the same time we can understand why people could consider the Swing is a licensed version of the KeyStep. It’s clearly based on its design and unique functionality. But we would never take part in such an infamous action and support a copy of this sort.

For the adverse effects caused by this matter, our company will protect its own legal rights and interests through legal means.
